At Shipping Container Europe Limited, we aim to provide high-quality shipping containers and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unmodified shipping containers within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms below:

  • The container must be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery.

  • The container must be unused and unaltered, with no modifications, structural changes, or internal fittings.

  • Custom-modified or bespoke containers are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your container arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please inspect your container at the time of delivery.

  • Take clear photos of any damage or issues and send them to info@shippingcontainereuropeltd.com along with your order number.

  • We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return transport unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

  • Containers must be returned to our depot: Kent, United Kingdom

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15–30 business days.

  • Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
Once the container has been dispatched, standard return terms apply.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or modified containers

  • Containers sold as-is with stated damage or clearance sales

  • Containers delivered outside of return eligibility period
